At-cost closeout value on a powerful bass system
Chane is offering a limited number of SBE-118 passive 18" bass units, a powerful, modular, professional-style 18" subwoofer. The SBE-118 has a US-made 18" bass driver with a big, double-stack motor, cast aluminum frame, high temperature 3" voice coil, ventilated motor pole, and a beefy treated cellulose cone with long-throw suspension.
The SBE-118 features a solid 1" thick enclosure with a 1-3/4" driver baffle. The cabinet is covered with DuraTex Black, a heavy duty finely textured professional pebbled speaker coating (photo is approximate; actual finish is less glossy). A recessed aluminum input plate has a pair of beefy, high current binding posts.
This is a passive speaker and requires external amplification. Rated power is 600W. Ideally this bass system should be equalized to taste.
Dial in your preference
To use the passive SBE-118, run common external speaker and/or room equalization through a suitable amplifier. Two SBE-118 are a natural choice for home theater rooms, and with a high current amplifier, four SBE-118 are easily configured; two per channel.
While they last
The SBE-118 closeout ends forever once stock is depleted. Price does not include delivery. Customers may use their own shipping account or Chane can quote low cost options prior to purchase. Product is palleted and ships by truck freight. Warranty is one year (excludes driver abuse or physical damage).
