  • Chane A Series Update.

Chane is currently sold out of models A1.4 and A2.4. Demand is high and we're currently building hundreds of new speakers. Supplies arrive later this spring, and interested shoppers are invited to join the newsletter list on our front page for updates and savings. We'll accompany the relaunch of model A2.4 and the launch of new model A1.5 with specials.

The model A1.5 is a revised version of the A1.4, re-tuned for main front speaker use. The A1 platform's special SplitGap woofer offers twice the linear output of most conventional woofers of the same size, and the heavy-duty planar tweeter is well-proven in all A series applications dating back to 2010. The A1.5 exactly resembles the A1.4 externally, but includes internal features to expand sound stage size and apparent acoustical power. Chane expects it to become a new standard in very compact main bass reflex speakers in the sub-$400/pr class.

Model A2.4 remains an outstanding, leading twin-woofer MTM speaker for left, right, or center use. Scores of users populate their front stage installations with A2.4s and report outstanding real performance, many times surpassing popular competing models. Some have called the A2.4 the best they've heard.

Later, new Chane A Series models A4.5 and A6.5 will join the other three models summer of this year.

The A4.5 is the dedicated single-5" compact sealed on-wall speaker with two built-in mounting features that gives users a purpose-built option for surround, effects, and utility channels. New model A6.5 is a large horizontal center channel speaker. It deploys a 6.5" woofer on either side of the 5" midrange and tweeter from the A5.4 for excellent acoustical power and match above 80Hz. The A6.5 is also a sealed speaker.

We'll have more to announce as the year unfolds. Join our mailing list for the first updates on all the Chane A series models, among the most potent affordable speakers in their size and price classes.
