Shipping policy

CMC assists the customer's receipt of quality merchandise in a timely fashion in the condition represented at time of sale. All merchandise shipped by CMC on behalf of the customer becomes the customer's legal property at such time as received by the freight shipping company from CMC warehouses. (Goods returned for any reason remain the customer's property until such time as CMC receives them intact at our approved address.)

Delivered merchandise should therefore be immediately inspected by customer for shipping damage and all damage claims should be initiated by customer (and/or CMC at CMC's sole discretion). Please contact CMC with any concerns.

By using this site, customers acknowledge that CMC is not responsible for third-party delays in delivery, shipper product or property damages, nor are we responsible for return merchandise arrangements and costs unless agreed and coordinated in advance.
